This is primarily due to the craftsman mindset of the owner, as well as the methods by which the majority of services are performed. While this does limit scalability and scope of work that can be taken on, it has proven to be successful in giving customers the best service on dynamic projects. Earthmoving is a root trade, the necessary first step in many building processes. Beyond site preparation many other building trades, such as masonry, electrical, plumbing and landscaping require excavating and grading to complete their respective tasks.
